2011 WIN Region IV Conference — "It's the Climb" — Achieving Satisfaction in the Workplace
Women in nuclear is a premier network of men and women in nuclear- and radiation- related fields. The organization is focused on increasing awareness of the public, and women in particular, of the benefits of various nuclear applications and safety.
This year's theme, It's the Climb, seeks to draw attention to issues related to the advancement of women in key positions within the nuclear industry as well as to provide an environment which supports leadership development in women and network building with other professionals in the field. It is an opportunity for women interested in the field of nuclear applications to learn, share ideas and experiences, and discuss new technology, trends, and concerns related to the future of nuclear in the United States.
